Guest table
A sharing moment
around local products

We propose

our guest table, usually on week end time and upon request:

  • Either in the out of time kitchen beside the fire place on winter
  • Either in the barocco dining room on individual table with more intimacy
  • Or in the "trophies lounge" for a gala dinner

But you can also experience various gourmet restaurants in the very vicinity of "Digoine"

Our menus

range from 19 (tapas and ice cream including wine) to 30 euros (4 courses including côtes du rhône wine):

  • From December to mid-march (the Richerenches truffle market period) we enjoy making you discover the local truffle with scrambled eggs or fresh pasta, but also game, duck and our house "foie gras".. We shall end with a "tarte tatin" or a tiramitsu.
  • On spring and summer time we like to cook fishes (tuna fish or sea bream) or curries. Our tapas are suggested with a glass of local rosé and are made with fresh season vegetables and local ham and sausages.

We suggest you

to taste the various local wine of côtes du rhône (red and rosé), Côtes du Vivarais and the very confidential Viognier (white) in the yard or in the lounge on a nice tune of Vivaldi or jazz. But of course, according to the mood, champaign, whisky, brandy and cognac are not forbidden in this very famous vintage wine area.
